SJK Systems, Inc. (“SJK Systems”, “ClevAgent”, “we”, “us”) operates the clevagent.io website and the ClevAgent Workstation service.
Information We Collect
Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your email address to create your account and send service notifications. If you sign in via Google OAuth, we receive your Google email address and name from Google. We do not store OAuth access tokens.
Agent Data: Agent names and configurations you register in the desktop app. The app may send summary metadata, such as intervention counts, cost aggregates, event counts, plan usage, and account activity, so you can view your dashboard and manage your plan. By default, raw terminal content, commands, and LLM messages are processed locally in the Workstation and are not sent to ClevAgent servers unless you choose to use a feature that requires transmission or share that information with us for support.
Usage Data: We collect limited usage statistics such as page views and funnel events to understand product interest and improve the website. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Error Tracking: We use Sentry to detect and diagnose application errors. Sentry may process technical information such as browser type, error stack traces, and request metadata. No personal content is intentionally sent to Sentry.
Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 compliant). We do not store your credit card information. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.

Data Storage and Security
- Your account data is stored on servers in the United States
- All connections are encrypted via HTTPS (TLS 1.3)

- Account data is retained while your account is active
- Agent activity summaries and event history are retained as needed to provide the service and maintain account history, unless deletion is requested or retention is required by law
