SJK Systems, Inc. (“SJK Systems”, “ClevAgent”, “we”, “us”) operates the clevagent.io website and the ClevAgent service.
Information We Collect
Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your email address to create your account and send transactional account emails. If you sign in via Google OAuth, we receive your Google email address and name from Google. We do not store OAuth access tokens.
Agent Data: We process agent names, configurations, status messages, intervention and event counts, usage and cost data, plan usage, and account activity so you can use ClevAgent. Full chat transcripts are not sent as a standard payload. The SDK's automatic cost tracking is enabled by default and may report prompt hashes, tool names, and up to 200 characters of tool arguments. ClevAgent may also send coaching summaries or evidence when coaching events are generated. Those fields can contain portions of commands or workspace content.
Public Status Pages: If you enable a public status page, its project name, agent names, types, current statuses, last reported activity times, and recent incident titles, descriptions, resolution statuses, severities, and timestamps become public.
Usage Data: We collect limited usage statistics such as page views and funnel events to understand product interest and improve the website. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Error Tracking: We use Sentry to detect and diagnose application errors. Sentry may process technical information such as browser type, error stack traces, and request metadata. No personal content is intentionally sent to Sentry.
Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 compliant). We do not store your credit card information. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.

Data Storage and Security
- Your account data is stored on servers in the United States
- Public clevagent.io traffic uses HTTPS.
- We use reputable infrastructure providers and maintain backups for service continuity
- We do not sell your data to third parties
Data Retention
- Account data is retained while your account is active
- Periodic agent telemetry, event records, cost logs, and daily reports follow your plan's retention window: 7 days for Free and 90 days for Pro and Max
- Other account and service records are retained while needed to provide the service, maintain security and billing records, comply with law, or complete a deletion request
- You can delete your account and all associated data by contacting [email protected]
