Who processes information to help deliver ClevAgent.

These services process information for the purposes described below. AI services receive information when you use the corresponding connection or feature. Information may be processed outside your country.
Running ClevAgent
- Hetzner
- Application hosting: account data and service records.
- Cloudflare
- Website delivery and protection: IP addresses and request metadata. Incoming email routing: sender and recipient addresses and message content.
- Stripe
- Payment processing: billing and payment information. ClevAgent does not store card numbers.
- Resend
- Account emails: your email address and message content.
- Optional account sign-in: your email address and name.
Connected AI services
- Anthropic (Claude)
- When you connect Claude, its requests and relevant workspace content are sent to Anthropic using the account you connect.
- OpenAI
- When you connect Codex, its requests and relevant workspace content are sent to OpenAI using the account you connect. Cloud coaching, when used, also sends coaching prompts through our service to OpenAI.
The provider's terms and privacy policy also apply to the account you connect.
