These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ClevAgent (clevagent.io), operated by ClevAgent (“ClevAgent”, “we”, “us”).
1. Service Description
ClevAgent provides AI agent monitoring. We monitor your AI agents' heartbeat, detect runaway loops, track token costs, and notify you when your agents encounter issues.
2. Account Registration
- You must provide a valid email address to create an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- One person or organization may maintain multiple accounts for different projects
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to monitor agents or systems you do not own or have permission to monitor
- Attempt to overload, disrupt, or reverse-engineer our systems
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Resell the service without our written permission
4. Service Plans and Payment
- Free Plan: 3 agents, basic monitoring, no payment required
- Paid Plans: Billed monthly via LemonSqueezy. Prices are listed at clevagent.io/pricing
- You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support@clevagent.io
5. Service Availability
- We aim for high availability but do not guarantee specific uptime percentages
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
- We are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions
6. Data Ownership
- You retain ownership of all data you provide (URLs, monitor configurations, incident descriptions)
- We retain the right to use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvement
- To request data export or deletion, contact support@clevagent.io — we fulfill requests within 30 days
7. Termination
- You may cancel your account at any time
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
- Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days
8. Limitation of Liability
ClevAgent is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data beyond our reasonable control
- Actions taken based on monitoring results
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Data Breach Notification
In the event of a confirmed data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected users within 72 hours via email.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Washtenaw County, Michigan.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
